GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation)

  1. This Personal Data Protection Notice has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data to regulate the procedures and principles for processing personal data while ensuring the confidentiality of private life. It also aims to obtain the explicit consent of the Data Subject regarding the processing of their personal data. This notice applies to all personal data provided for registration in the resume database established for finding full-time, part-time, permanent, or temporary employment. Additionally, it covers personal data processed during the provision of executive coaching, career support programs, job search or business establishment, and various consultancy services (“Services”) offered by E&E Group.

  2. This notice has been issued by E ve E Özel İstihdam Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (together referred to as “E&E Group”) to the Data Subject. According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the "owner of personal data" is the Data Subject, while the "data controller" and "data processor" are the relevant E&E Group companies.

  3. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The personal data collected and processed by E&E Group may include identity information, criminal record, residence details, photograph, resume, diploma, military status document, health reports, employment entry and exit documents, monthly premium and service documents, family status declarations, disability reports, tax reduction letters, and educational records. Other legal documents required for the establishment of an employment contract and/or employment relationship are also considered personal data. The Data Subject acknowledges and consents that their personal data will be processed, recorded, stored, and maintained by the relevant E&E Group company.

  4. The collection, storage, recording, maintenance, and modification of personal data must be conducted in accordance with the relevant procedures and are the responsibility of the E&E Group company. The company may process personal data for purposes such as customizing training and programs for beneficiaries of executive coaching, career support programs, and temporary management services, finding new job opportunities for individuals in the resume database, and improving service quality. It may collect, record, store, maintain, modify, reorganize, disclose, and transfer personal data as required for the delivery of Services. The E&E Group company will comply with all applicable and current personal data protection legislation when processing, transferring, and disclosing personal data.

  5. The Data Subject acknowledges that the E&E Group company will protect not only their personal data but also any personal data obtained in connection with the nature of the Services, in accordance with the procedures and principles set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law. The company may transfer the Data Subject's personal data to its subsidiaries, affiliates, and third parties where necessary, including to third parties located abroad. Where required under the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, the company will obtain explicit consent and/or necessary approvals from relevant authorities before transferring personal data abroad.

  6. The Data Subject agrees that E&E Group may take photographs and record videos as part of the Services, which may be used for promotional and portfolio purposes. The Data Subject consents to the processing of their personal data, including their image and voice, by the relevant E&E Group company.

  7. The Data Subject provides explicit consent for the processing of their personal data under this notice and acknowledges that they may withdraw their consent at any time. The Data Subject has the right to:

  • Inquire whether personal data is being processed,

  • Request information about processed personal data,

  • Learn the purpose of data processing and whether data is used in accordance with its intended purpose,

  • Identify third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data,

  • Request that third parties who have received personal data be informed of corrections, deletions, or destruction,

  • Object to automated data processing that results in an unfavorable outcome for them,

  • Seek compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully.

  1. By agreeing to this notice, the Data Subject explicitly consents to the matters outlined herein and acknowledges their approval of these terms.
